From line survey to scan in three steps

Survey the line
Every part is listed with OEM and supplier data, either by your own team or by one of our specialist partners.

We process and tag
We load the data into MyConveyor and prepare a unique MCID QR tag for every conveyor in the line.
- 03
Scan and manage
Operators scan the tag to find the right part. Engineers keep condition and stock up to date from the desktop app.
Condition monitoring
Red, orange or green. Know at a glance.
Every part in the list carries a condition indicator, with the date it was last assessed. Filter by status to see what needs attention today and what belongs in your next overhaul.
The part is fit for duty. No action needed.

No software to install. The mobile view opens automatically when you scan a MyConveyor tag, while the desktop app gives you filters, search and bulk tools to find exactly what you are looking for.
