Step 1: check
This is standard in our basic and premium package. Knowing the life cycle indicators of various conveyor parts, we will attach a 3-stage indicator to each part.

Step 2: tag
Second step is to implement the survey data into the Myconveyor online software. This will generate a unique series of MC-tags for each individual conveyor, which we will then apply to the right conveyor.

Step 3: scan
That’s it. Now you know your parts. Just scan any MC-tag and the bill of material of that conveyor will show up.

First step is to know what is there. You can choose the part categories you want us to survey. Our service technicians will do this job for you and rely on their vast experience in conveyor technology to survey your conveyors quickly and accurately.
